SCORPION FACTS

Scorpion Phylogeny

The scorpion portion of the Tree of Life World Wide Web project by David Maddison and Wayne Maddison was coordinated by Dr. Scott Stockwell. For this reason, his phylogenies are presented in that context. The cladograms are fairly self-explanatory, with taxon names added to the branches to provide some correlation with the classification. Fossil taxa are marked with a dagger (+). View scorpion cladograms.
